My Religion

Did it ever happen to you that an event really annoyed you and you looked up and asked, “Why me?” Even while asking that, deep inside there is a whisper that tells you the correct answer to that “why”. Yes, it happened to me before. It often does. But those are the moments when I know for sure that God is always with me.

I know I don’t see Him and I cannot touch Him to prove his existence. But I feel His presence in my life. In my quiet moments, I realise the reasons behind happenings; reasons behind mundane things around me and most of all, I realise why a certain event or incident took place. I always know the whys when I look within and listen to that whisper.

I am not sure if I am a good Hindu, Muslim or a Christian. But I have deep belief in the presence of an Almighty. I am, in fact, certain that that supremely powerful Almighty is watching over us, taking care of us and guiding us all the time. That is my God. However, my God is not restrictive of any religion. He is very flexible, tolerant and respectful towards all religions. He is my confidant. I talk to him whenever I need a friend or guru to talk to. He understands me and my issues and is extremely forgiving. I feel He is this kind to me because he knows me as a person. I feel blessed to have him in my life.

He doesn’t have a name. Should he be under any religion? If your answer is yes, can we call that religion Manashreeism? Is following an existing religion is important? #WonderingAloud

  1. This design is incredible! You most certainly know how to keep a reader amused.
Between your wit and your videos, I was almost moved to start my own blog (well, almost…HaHa!) Excellent job.
I really enjoyed what you had to say, and more than that, how you presented it.

    Too cool!
